Position Summary With the support of our virtuous leaders, you will learn and develop your skills to execute residential camera installations, alarm systems, door/window sensors and teach customers how to properly use their smart home devices.

Qualifications Valid current State Driver's license Clean Driving Record Reliable Transportation 18 years of age Experience with low voltage Previous work installing camera and/or alarm systems Experience and interest in using new technology Must have own transportation with Cargo room Useful Skills & Background Basic computer application skills Reliable Transportation Excellent Customer Service Skills Field Service Experience Dish/Cable Industry experience - strongly preferred Problem-solving skills Ability to run/phish wires through walls Competitiveness Previous experience using hand and power tools Individual and teamwork-oriented Job Duties Problem Solve CCTV installation Service and troubleshooting smart home technology Install Alula, 2GIG, Qolsys security cameras, alarms, window and door sensoresm, and other home automation products daily for customers in your region Provide clear and thorough communication to customers on how to utilize each piece of equipment that is installed in their home Share new ideas and ways to improve the Technician Program Become a competent and certified Titanium Installer What to expect Must be able to work with little to no supervision Ability to apply problem-solving skills as different situations/issues arise Possible overtime as needed as every day's schedule is different Ability to work in extreme environments (ex:
