Experience:
Seeking a home stager near Valencia CA with prior experience of 25
homes staged or designed on your own.
Must understand the principles of home staging and good design.
Must have a great eye for color, style, pattern and fabrics.
Must be able to show a portfolio of at least 15 (preferably luxury) vacant home stagings you designed and staged.
Must be willing to assist on staging jobs.
Must be able to select all items for a simple staging and stage it on your own without the help of a seasoned designer on our team.
Prior staging education a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
this is an entry level, part-time position.
Must be available (there is some flexibility) to work as needed.
This is the perfect position for someone with experience that has flexibility to work for us in the gaps or has zero desire or need to work full time but isn't afraid to work hard while at work.
Schedule for the summer is likely 2-3 day shifts a week (approx 15 hours).
Possibility for hours beyond summer for the right person however, if you know staging, all other seasons are slower.
