A leading Transportation School is seeking an eager and outgoing team member to join their expanding company! Full Time - SPLIT SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 630am-1030am; 1pm-5pm As a Customer Service Admin your main priority will be providing excellent customer service while dispatching drivers, answering phones/emails, entering data, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and staff members.
Related specific responsibilities will include:
Provide customer service via email and phone Dispatch drivers Update reports / data entry within company database Answer all customers' questions and provide relevant information Perform general clerical duties
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience Minimum 1 year data entry Logistic experience is a PLUS CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST! Detail oriented with exceptional customer service #COR1 Job Type:
