We provide first-class business services by renting out private mailboxes, providing shipping services with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, notarizing documents, fingerprint rolling, bulk shredding, and taking passport photos, we copy, fax, and scan to email services.
What makes us different is that we focus on catering to every customer's need in order to exceed their expectations, not just do the bare minimum.
----open shift 9 to 6 weekdays and 10 to 4 Saturdays part-time and full-time available ----- Top Qualities We Need Must be tech-savvy (Google Drive, MS Office, Apple, Android, copier, fax machine) Willing to become a notary public, includes paid certification Willing to become a livescan operator, must pass a background check Must be physically able to lift boxes without physical ailment Moderate walking around the store and standing (chairs available) Quick worker, can focus in high stress environments Looking for long term employment Detail-oriented, abel to type on keyboadrd at a resonable speed.

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and help customers resolve issues and complaints over the phone and in-store Generate shipping labels for packages and mail Identify and assess customers' needs for the best shipping options Sort mail, deposit mail in customer mailboxes, and check in packages Roll fingerprints as a livescan operator Notarize documents as a future Notary Public Make photocopies, fax, or scan documents Package items for customers, restock packaging supplies Assist manager with administrative work, light cleaning, and organizing Job Types:
