Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$127,500 at plan earnings Responsibilities oList and sell residential real estate oShow Properties to prospective buyers oGo on listing appointments oNegotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers oPrepare market analysis to help determine property value oEducate clients on basic real estate procedures oOpen house opportunities oInbound and outbound leads oSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home oPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close oCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results oProvide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market oSchedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Qualifications oMust have valid Real Estate License in California oMust have a valid Real Estate License o1
