Skills and Abilities Ability to give our patients a 5-star experience Attention to detail is a must Ability to multi-task busy phones with a smile A passion for helping people Job Description (Front/Back Office Duties) Answer phones Verify Insurance Patient Intakes Schedule appts & collect copays Set patients up on Rehab and much more which you will be trained on! Our Hours M-W:

With our office hours that average about 30-33 hours/week with 1 half day and 1 day closed during the week, you will have the opportunity to take care of personal appointments and family obligations while also maybe enjoying the chance to volunteer in your child's classroom or even pick them up from school yourself.
