Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations of the property to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards.
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare accurate and timely notices and reports.
Ensure maintenance and repairs are efficiently completed in a timely manner.
Conduct property tours.
