This would entail supervising 1 RBT for a 1-2 hour a day once a week and assist with provider incident reports.
You create your own supervision schedule and Ro Health coordinates times with the districts.
As we grow there is potential for us to hire more RBT's and the hours may increase.
Experience working with supporting students with special needs and providing a mix of 1:
1 and general classroom support is preferred.
We're looking for someone comfortable working with children and able to deal with physically aggressive individuals at times.
You would be helping train RBTs to train the rest of the district staff and assisting with FBAs and BIPs.
